2. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection, add your desired statues to the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. We currently only ship to Poland.

3. Do you offer custom statues?

5. What materials are the statues made from?

Once your order is processed, it will typically take 5–10 business days to arrive at your address in Poland. Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method and your location.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

7. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address in Poland. We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

8. Can I return or exchange my statue?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your statue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Please note that custom statues are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

9. My statue arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take great care in packing and shipping our statues to prevent damage. However, if your statue arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at blunitnoricent1f@gmx.net. Be sure to include:

• Photos of the damaged statue

We will assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

10. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to Poland. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so check back with us for updates.
