Currently, Pawhire only ships orders to Poland. We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times to Poland are typically:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, customs processing, or other external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), if tracking is available.

Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All applicable taxes or import duties for deliveries to Poland are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Pawhire is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. Pawhire is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Pawhire is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

However, you may contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the process.
